How can I track the status of a BHIM transaction?

To track the status of a transaction made through BHIM, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the BHIM app: Launch the BHIM app on your smartphone.

2. Log in: Enter your PIN or use your biometric authentication to log in to the app.

3. Navigate to the transaction history: Look for the "Transaction History" or "Transactions" option within the app's menu. It is usually represented by an icon resembling a clock or a list.

4. Find the transaction: In the transaction history section, locate the specific transaction you want to track. You can usually see the transaction details such as the date, time, recipient's name or UPI ID, and the transaction amount.

5. Check the status: The transaction status will be displayed alongside the transaction details. Common transaction statuses include "Pending," "Successful," "Failed," or "Cancelled." Depending on the app version and updates, you may also see more detailed statuses such as "Initiated," "Processing," or "Settled."

6. View transaction details: By selecting the specific transaction, you can often access more detailed information, including the UPI transaction ID, reference number, or transaction remarks.
