As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the services and functionalities of India Stack are not directly available for individuals and businesses outside of India. However, the concepts and principles underlying India Stack, such as digital identity, interoperability, and secure digital transactions, can provide valuable insights and learnings for other countries and their efforts to develop similar digital infrastructure.

It's worth noting that other countries may have their own initiatives and platforms to promote digital payments and financial inclusion, tailored to their specific contexts and requirements.
